General Description
Garnierite is a general name for a green Nickel ore which is found in pockets and veins within weathered and serpentinized ultramafic rocks. It forms by lateritic weathering of ultramafic rocks and occurs in many Nickel laterite deposits in the world. It is an important Nickel ore. This is a new product line from Madagascar which is a Moonstone or Plagioclase-like matrix with Chrome colouration which manifests into green complex vein like patterns. Very beautiful. We only select from the top 20% of the material polished as the majority has very little colour and is largely unattractive. We select only the best material for resale. Price is grade dependant.
